Full Weekend Pass: $150
Full weekend pass will include entry in the Friday Main Dance and Late Night Dance, the Saturday Riverboat, Main Dance and Late Night Dance, and the Sunday Main Dance.
Sunday Picnic: Free!
Invite your friends and family to join us for an old fashioned Midwestern Picnic. We’ll ask you to bring a dish to share, all hotdishes are welcome!
Bring an instrument if you would like to join a community focused jam session.
Important Registration Policies
By signing up, registrants agree to abide by our Safer Spaces policy and you agree to grant Midwest Lindy Fest LLC and any hired or volunteer photographers and/or videographers permission to photograph and/or record video of your participation, and agree to grant Midwest Lindy Fest LLC permission to use such photos and/or videos in any form including but not limited to future publications, social media, web content, illustration, copyright purposes, digital or printed materials.
Affordability
Our goal is to make the Minnehop affordable and accessible to as many people as possible. To that end, we offer a few options to help reduce or mitigate the cost of the event.
Volunteers
Volunteers are paid $10 for every hour-long shift they work. If you would like to volunteer, you will use the same form to sign-up and our volunteer coordinator will get in touch with you close to the event.
Alternative Options
If you cannot afford to pay for a full pass all at once, send an email to info@midwestlindyfest.com. We will do our best to work out something that works for all of us.
Transfers and Cancellation
Passes are transferable to another person and will be allowed up until Friday, May 1st. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@midwestlindyfest.com and we can discuss your options.
If you cancel your registration the following refund schedule will apply:
Cancellation BEFORE April 15th: 100% refund (minus PayPal fees)
Cancellation April 15th through May 1st: 50% refund (minus PayPal fees)
Cancellation AFTER May 1st: No refund
​EXCEPTIONS:
In the case that any attendee has COVID symptoms or exposure before the event, they will be offered a full refund (minus PayPal fees) or full credit with their cancellation. Please email us at info@midwestlindyfest.com to request a refund or credit. If we do not receive an email before the day of the event and you do not show up, a refund or credit will not be provided. Our goal is your safety and we want everyone to feel encouraged to make the right health choice without any financial concern about refunds.
