Happening all weekend

The Stone Arch Bridge crosses the Mississippi River at Saint Anthony Falls in downtown Minneapolis. It is the only arched bridge made of stone on the entire Mississippi River, and is the second oldest bridge on the river next to Eads Bridge.

Art-A-Whirl is a self-directed open studio tour throughout all of Northeast Minneapolis, with over 1,200 artists participating at 80+ sites over the course of three days. In addition to interacting directly with artists and their work, visitors can experience art demos, activities, performances, and music. Northeast Minneapolis is also home to dozens of restaurants and breweries.

The Minneapolis Institute of Art is home to more than 90,000 works of art representing 5,000 years of world history, Mia is one of the largest art museums in the United States and admission is free.

The Como Park Zoo and Conservatory are located in Como Park in Saint Paul. Como features 2.3 miles of paved trails, Japanese Garden, and dozens of exhibits.
