The Syncopators are a jazz band dedicated to the popular music of the 1920′s, 1930′s and early 1940′s. Founded in 2007 by band leader Glenn Crytzer, the group has become a favorite among dancers and jazz fans in the Seattle area. Their musical influences include Benny Goodman, Fats Waller, Louis Armstrong, John Kirby, Jelly Roll Morton, and more. The group has been featured at Camp Jitterbug, the Seattle Lindy Exchange, the Emerald City Blues Festival, the Savoy Swing Jam, the Century Masters’ Weekend, Harlem Nights, and the Killer Diller Ball, and is the house band at Seattle’s Historic Century Ballroom.
